Permits

You can email questions or send completed applications to: permits@cityofmariontx.org
Permit payments must be made in person at: City of Marion, 303 S. Center St., Marion, TX  78124 
Payment must be made by Check or Money Order.    No cash.
We are in the process of setting up a new system to accept credit/debit cards for permitting,  we appreciate your patience during this transition.

CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION 
If you are a contractor doing work within the City of Marion, you must be registered. Please complete a Contractor Registration form and provide a copy of your driver's license, state license and liability insurance.

INSPECTIONS
Need an inspection? It is the CONTRACTOR'S responsibility to schedule all inspections at least 24 hours in advance for a next day inspection.
